Fort Ouph: Root Town
This town is the highest level town. You should find a lot of strong players here. This is a good place to trade things for rare items, and you can find higher-level weapons in the shops. You can also raise gruntys here.

Fort Ouph: Dungeon
The levels here are 70+. Don't go to these dungeons unless you're a really strong player. Newbies wouldn't last against the monsters.
